German Smorgasbord

The Band Parent Organization will be hosting the 67nd Annual Smorgasbord.  This event is the sole fundraiser of the Heartland Band Program.  The Smorgasbord consists of a meal of ethnic German food including Verenike (cottage cheese pockets), Kielke (ham and noodles), Worscht (sausage), Preishke and Plautz (fruit filled pastries), and much more.  The evening ends with a concert given by the Senior High Band, Junior High Band and Jazz Band.

The meal will be served from 5-7:30 p.m. and the band concert will begin at 7:45 p.m.  Tickets are sold in advance only.  Adult tickets are $20 and child tickets (ages 4-12) are $10.  You may also purchase tickets by contacting any band member or calling the school office at (402) 723-4434.
